how to put action link in grid view in mvc4 application

Respected Sir i have an application in mvc 4 . there is a grid view which display name of countries and their code . now i want a edit link with each entry so that i can edit any entry if there is a mistake . please answer as soon as possible Thanks/Regards

Hello Shantanu May I know which grid you are using as the third party grids if used they provide default commands to add. Like for Create Edit & delete. So based on that we can add. If you are using table tr td then you can normally use the @Html.ActionLink(NAMEACTION NAMECONTROLLER NAME). I hope this helps. Please post back your queries if any. Thanks
