How to put excel data into oracle table

I have a excel sheet with proper format means just like as oracle table format . I want to put all the data into my table. give me any procedure... suggestion would appreciate...

Do you want to add this only one time or from .NET application? If it is only time you can try for SSIS projects whereas you can map excel columns into oracle table columns then import the data into oracle table. If you wanted it thru .NET application then create a windows app use ADO.net use insert query / stored procedure to insert the records into oracle table. Please provide more information so that I can help you.
