how to query for all members didn't pay Subscription fees

I have to tables in sql server :

MembersTable

NoMem	NameMem	PhoneMem	AddressMem

FeesTable

NoMem	FeesDate	Amount

how to query for all members didn't pay Subscription fees ,

by where FeesDate or anther way in c# code.

please can anyone help me.

sorry but  i want to check for all members who didn't pay the monthlly fees

thanks  But the monthly payment is linked to the date of payment  I want to make sure if he paid this month or not

A much simple method would be to query the table and see if there is a record available. SELECT * FROM FeesTable WHERE UserID = @0 Pass the user id and select the rows. If there is a ROW found then it means he is subscribed to your service.
