how to read a text file from an url

hi Home Base and Niki I put addresestelp numbers in a text fileand that text file is upload to my own url.So where ever I go I can download it and see the content ( I cannot remember all of my connection and telp number). Now i am thinking to read the text file using c# ( I mean directly from the url)may be it will be much easier compare to download manuallyopen ittrace to the address/telp number I need regard
