How to read value from rfid reader?

Hi all Here i want to integrate RFID reader in my website. How can we read the value RFID access card value through TCP/IP using c#.net. Please help me on this or suggest me some links......

Hi I have completed few code. when i was bought the RFID reader we got a DLL. so from that DLL I am calling the inbuilt functions of that DLL with the help of deligates concept.
