How to redirect to another .xaml page in silverlight application

Hi i am new to silverlight i am not getting how to redirect to another .xaml page after clicking hyperlink button in silverlight application please help me regarding this.

Hi We can navigate to another xaml page as following way. Namesapce for navigation : xmlns:navigation=clr-namespace:System.Windows.Controls;assembly=System.Windows.Controls.Navigation xmlns:uriMapper=clr-namespace:System.Windows.Navigation;assembly=System.Windows.Controls.Navigation MainPage.xaml : Source=/Home Navigated=ContentFrame_Navigated NavigationFailed=ContentFrame_NavigationFailed> We have 1 hyperlink button by click this button we can navigate other xaml page. here we set Targetname in contentFrame which is on Mainpage.xaml.
