how to reduce pdf file size using c# windows form

i am using this code but

Facing this Error

An unhandled exception of type 'System.ArgumentException' occurred in itextsharp.dll

Additional information: PdfReader not opened with owner password

Hi Saber - There is no problem with the code. Your need to check few things :- 1) File path (handle escape characters) 2) File permissions (Itextsharp create problems with write protected and locked files) 3) Make sure the file is not corrupted. If you'll get the same error share the code and files you are using for compression If your client is ready to pay for the compression you can also try some 3rd party tools like neevia pdf compressor for the same purpose.
