how to refrsh datagridview in c#

hello every one i have one datagridview with check boxes ok i want that when i m save selected checked values in database after that remove all checked in datagridview and refresh my data grid view is this possible in c# if yes than let me know thanks in Advance

Friend Question is not clear to me yet can you explain it more simpler .. I understood as follow . you have DataGridView which have CheckBoxes and its Value you are Storing in Database assume that you have Bit Field to Store those checkbox Values .. Now after Saving data in DataGridView You Remove checked Values in DataGridView But Not Saving it . actually just let me know what task you want to perform :) in simple .
