how to restore sql server database on host(internet) with c#

i run commands but get error . con.ConnectionString = Server=Ip;Database=namedatabase;User Id=id;Password=pass; SqlCommand cmd = new SqlCommand(ALTER DATABASE namedatabase SET SINGLE_USER with ROLLBACK IMMEDIATE  +  USE master  +  RESTORE DATABASE namedatabase FROM DISK=N' + path + ' WITH REPLACE); .... note: path is=d:\bakdatabase.bak; message error: User does not have permission to RESTORE database RESTORE DATABASE is terminating abnormally. Changed database context to 'master'. how to fix error??
