How to save items to the database from combo

Hi everyone Is there any way that i can save record to my database when i add a new item to a combo box's text box when my program is running?

Not sure exactly when you are trying to add the text but On your add text event handler you need to call code to save new record to the database. Check ADO.NET section of this site on how to write to a database using ADO.NET or search the site keywords like SqlCommand.Update SqlAdapter.Update or UPDATE SQL statement.
