create the VARBINARY datatype in your SQL Server and save like this (just a snippet) byte[] fingerprintfile = my.computer.filesystem.readallbytes(C:\myfinderprint.fpt); ... ... ... command().parameters.addwithvalue(@FingerPrintFile fingerprintfile);
