How to save the current system date when dgvcheckboxcolumn

Hai In my project I want to save the current system date when the datagridviewcheckbox column is checked or otherwise it will show the null value. How can I do this in my project Please suggest any Idea to get the answer. Thank's in advance.

hey i got solution for your question here you go.... there are two solution one for simple check box checked then label shows you current system data and time and second one is actual solution for your question so copy and paste what actually you need.. hope so this will definitely help you thank you And don't miss click on thumbs up..
