How to save values from dynamic created control

Hi I am creating user control (one dropdownlist and one textbox) at button click. It is working. But I am unable to save the value from these control into database. Plz help me. Thanks in advance.

Thanks Ehtesham. But I have a web user control which contains a DropDownList and a TextBox. I am adding this control many times in PlaceHolder on button click and also want to save these values into database. But I am unable to do this. How can I get these values using property. Please Help me.

Say the usercontrol name UC1 ComboBox name is Cmb1 TextBox name is Txt1 Set Combobox and TextBox modifier property to internal then you can access using UC1 reference for instance if i want to set text property of textbox UC1.Txt1.Text=Some text here; Hope it helps
