How to save/store file/images in virtual memory/cache but not in disk?

Question

frnds I want to save images in ram or cache memory or virtual memory ..but not in hard disk.? I dont want to store images in hard disk I searched a lot but i doesnt suceed yet? i really need in urgently..Thanks in advance.
