How to scaling an object after 2 minutes in unity?

I want to scale my water when timer ends in 2 minutes. Can anyone share the script?

Thx for your answer but the link that you give isn't solve my problem. I need waitforseconds timer on my object so the object scaled when timer reaches 2 minutes.
