how to search data between 2 dates n id using button click i

i have a database which is insert data from to form.

after i created another form where i kept 2 calender using text box and dropdown list. with search button .

now i want search data using both calender and dropdown using button click and dispaly in gridview so how to do this

please share the details .its urgent
