how to send .net full project by gmail to another ac?

Hi Frnds

I have a .net project in my laptop.

Iwant to sent this project by gmail so how to do this

Idid these thing

1. I created that project on rar file which is around 15 mb file

2. after this if i attached this file by gmail so cant be able to send this file

please share the suggestion
