how to send textbox values vs2010 to xl for specfied cell

hii frnds successfully i got convert vs2010 to excel by yours help . but i have another problem how to send the form1 textbox and labels values to excel format and save the data in excel again i want empty textbox in form1. thank you all please help me its urgent.
