how to set application to start application at certain time

have developed restaraunt application am introducing happy hour on the system. i want to set system where it get 6:00am system automatically switch to happy hour. I don have idea how to set vb.net application to start automatically when time reaches

system is already running well and it has got two modules normal hours and Happy hour with happy hours i want system to switch automatically at 6:00pm and switch OFF at 8:00 pm have no idea

If you go 2 your start menu you'll see a menu called Startup in programs. Just create a shortcut to your EXE and put it in that menu folder. It'll start automatically next time you restart your PC. Now your applicaition is running in backgroud you can switch to happy hours based on system time.(use Timer tick event)
