how to set different themes in web.config after precompiling

Question

application is taking default theme set in web.config after precompilation it is not taking the second theme is there any tag or attribute in web.config for setting multiple themes before application is precompiled or after precompile

Its working fine in codebase...but when i publish it and deploy in IIS it is taking the default theme which i have set in the web.config while publishing. “ThemeName” is applied by default. Issue is when I change it to “ThemeName2” the second theme to be applied its not changing to “ThemeName2” instead theme “ThemeName” is applied. I got this issue when I published the website with “ThemeName” and deployed in IIS .
