HOW TO SET FILTER

Question

STEP1-- i have list name itemlist in itemlist have 50 item STEP2-- I want to show only 10 item when user1 login (HOW TO SET FILTER) PL Z Explain it so pl z solve my problem if anyone have idea THANKS & REGARDS AKMAL

If data is saved in LIST then it's fairly simple e.g. var ten_ itemlist = itemlist.Take(10); twitter @sumitjolly

You can use Server side code for checking is currently login user is Admin or not. e.g. // Checking is User is not Admin if(!SPContext.Current.Web.CurrentUser.IsAdmin) query.rowlimit=10;

Go to list setting go to list view then all items and set item limit=10 then every one can see only 10 items or you can use CAML quey like .... query.rowlimit=10;

my problem is that... when admin login he can see 50 item in list and when user1 login  can see only 10 item
