In Windows Form application because you never technically loose any information session as such in not required. All you can say is I need a set of properties across entire application. Typically what I do is create a class with static properties which you can initialize with values whenever values are available. For example CurrentUser property of type User after successful login. Once you have this you don't really have to pass this information as a parameter. It will be accessible anywhere you need. This is exactly like we have access to AppDomain.CurrentDomain all the time in entire application.

Create a internal class that holds the User name and password and any other variables and enumerations needed across the application (Something like Common.cs). These can be accessed through public properties across the application. Have a parameterized constructor for all the forms and send the user name and the password whenever you are showing the form.
