How to set Specific timing

hello friends iam creating one application that i want to mail one file to user at every saturday at 7.00pm iam searching so much code but not find exactly i wrote find saturday find code but cant set specific timing so please expert help me out here im paste only finding day that is saturday DateTime dt=new DateTime (); if (dt.DayOfWeek == DayOfWeek.Saturday) { }

Well if you're using a timer for this you'd need an expression such as the following to check it's 7.00 pm on a Saturday (probably best not be specific about seconds): DateTime dt = DateTime.Now; if(dt.DayOfWeek == DayOfWeek.Saturday && dt.Hour == 19 && dt.Minute == 0) { // send mail } Have you considered using a Windows Scheduled Task instead?

This link shows how to create a Scheduled Task for Windows 7: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/windows7/schedule-a-task Of course if your application is doing stuff at other times than 7.00 pm on Saturdays this option may not be suitable.
