How to set the publisher name to the .NET setup .EXE?

Question

I have developed the windows application in C# with .NET & create the setup copy of this application. when i have installed this application then it display the small windows as unknown publisher .i have attached image of this windows . any one suggest how to set the publisher name & verify the publisher name ?
