how to show JQChart pie chart in order by cause?

Hello,

how can I show JQChart pie chart in order by cause.That is, descending order in .net mvc 4 c#.

Example JQChart as shown in attached file. Please look into this.

From this attached file, I want descending order view in Country list box. eg: 1st China, 2nd US like that. Kindly help me.
