how to show scroll bar down in asp.net

Question

while messages are displaying in chat window scrollbar automatically coming....until i scroll with cursor i am unable to see recent message....when recent msg is sent then scroll bar should beside msg..that means without scroll with cursor i need to display msg

hi....i am adding scrollbar to chat window..I am displaying messages in ascending order(recent message at bottom)..at one instance scroll bar will be generated as per messages....at evry time scroll bar should point recent message...recent message is at bottom...so we need to place scrollbar as bottom
