How to Show selected values of server control in dynamic Tool tip

Question

Hi All I want to display selected value of All asp.net Input controls( ListboxdropdownTextbox). I juz need a dynamic script to fetch the selected value and display it in tooltip. i have 100s of pages if I place in master page it should work. ANy idea!!! if it is listbox all selected values should be in tooltip... if it is textbox or dropdown enogh to show available value in tooltip Advanced thanks
