How to show tapable links in a TextBlock of Windows Phone 8

Question

in my App i need to Display a TextBlock which will be like a "Tweet", 

 

Ex: hi its very cool outside #cool May be raining @charu

 

The above text i am dispalying in TextBlock So Wherever there is # or @ it should be Tapable ,so please tell me how to do this,RichTextBlock is not working in Windows Phone 8 Silver Light App.

 

is there any Converter To That Same like twitter
