yes, page no will show in every page, if you dont want then give this condition on text box isibility = iif ( Globals ! PageNumber = Globals ! TotalPages ,true ,false )

tick both PrintOnFirstPage of PageFooter in footer property add page nomber in footer then what all you wanted to show only on last page add it into one Rectangle and add this into the footer then go tothis Rectangle property-> visibility-> check showorhide.... give expression as = iif ( Globals ! PageNumber = Globals ! TotalPages ,false ,true )

add one text box in footer then give this text then right click on this text box property in that select hide-> hide or visible give condition as follows = iif ( Globals ! PageNumber = Globals ! TotalPages ,true ,false )

hey ! Try this: 1.) Added a new list box and in it I have added a textbox(naamed it : txtDisplayOnLastPage). 2.) In the textbox added the required code or the information needed to display. 3.) In the footer using ReportItems property I haved done it like this. Added a textbox in the footer and the code below. =ReportItems("txtDisplayOnLastPage").Value Also , Look at the property PrintOnFirstPage of PageFooter . If you set it off the footer will be printed on the last page only.
