How to do incoming mail and outgoing mail in sharepoint.How to check the incoming and outgoing mail is working or not. Advance in thanks :)

You have to configure the Incoming and outgoing emails. The incoming and outgoing emails can be setup in SharePoint Central Admin site > System Settings > Configure incoming e-mail settings Please see https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee956941.aspx for more details. Use telnet to see your connection to SMTP server.
