How to Soften Edges with Feathering in C# like photoshop

You can apply a similar effect to the Photoshop feathering and soften edges effect using LEADTOOLS image processing FeatherAlphaBlendCommand class. This class accepts three different images: the source (front) image the background (back) image and the mask image that contains the shape of the transparency when combing the source image with the background image. Dear Maen I Don't have Leadtools toolkit dll. I want to do it with code not with third party dll. Please help me on this if you can
