how to solve issue when i any modified code and save in asp.

hi frnds when i modified any code andsave after run application f5 always showing popup windiw save file as . and if i click on yes  already exist code do you want to replace if i click on yes then access to path .... how to solve this issue

i have a project which i copied from to another system and saveed in my laptop. after run my project if i click on submit button so always get a popup like save as file with location but if i run that project my previous system it is proper working . so asked always want to save code . and another things when i press f5 always get a same message i cant be able to run my page
