How to solve under construction page error in IIS 6.0

Question

Hi,

 

I have installed iis 6.0 in the windows server 2003 system. i have trying to run the http://localhost but it is not working and getting  under construction page error. Please can you give suggestion or solution.

 

Note: i have tried that enabled web service extension and set the default page on the document properties in Default web site
