Try to speak in english as much as you can in office.dont matter how you are speaking initially. Keep reading one para from internet or newspaper daily apply the same methodolgies in your speech.Read email from higher officials and learn from that. apply the same in your day to day time. whatever the thing you learnt if you apply it in real time you never forget then
