how to speech Record Fetching ?..

Hi To All,

                My Requirement is , I have  using the Orackle database in my application.Which Is Customer Oriented Application,

 So i need to retrieve Customer Information my CustomerMaster table and which is Largedata about 12  Lakh data..

When Customer come into the line,Using His MobileNo i am retrieving the data ..

 

               Its too slow..how to speed up the data retrieval using database techniques ..

  what are the ways are available to do it ..Guide me if you know this ..
