How to stable anchors of forms at the center of form

How to stable anchors of forms which are used by users at the center of form? anchors are: Buttons  text boxes  labels and etc.

are you using WPF or plain windows form. I WPF you can use the pannels to hold the controls and make height and width auto so that resizing the form will make inside controls to adjust to the available space. But i am afraid this thing is not possible in windows form intead you can use dock to dock the controls to specific position but it won't resize.

I mean that when i change the size of form all buttons and labels and text boxes and etc Got resize to fit in the form . Sincerely Joe Wilson
