How to start developing an Admin Panel?

Question

I need help on developing an admin panel of Site Online Examination System. Should I add tables related to it in App_Data folder as for other?

Give me some idea abt developing it as i new to asp.net...

No settings required. You'll need to check if there is a user session present else you redirect the user to login/register page. Once the user logs in set the user session to true and on logout set the user session to false.

It will always be good to have a record in your table tbl_Admin_Login and from the login page you validate the details entered by user.

Designing an Admin panel is something that completely relates to the requirements of the program. However below are the few basic points - 1. Keep all your Admin related pages in an admin folder 2. Start with a login page. 3. Ensure all pages check for the admin login 4. I prefer menu in left sidebar for the admin. You can choose it at your own preferred location. 4. Add tables to the database.(Can be either in App_Data or a Stand alone Database) 5. Since you're working on online exam system you will need tables like Questions Answers Reports Students etc. (Names are generic and you can change it as per your likes) Let me know in case you need more help!
