how to start writing a program?

hi i want to write a program which shows me the latest posts of a special site or shows posts of specific date but i don't know how to start it. can you help meplease? thanks

Hi Abolfazl if you want show latest news or any thing else you want Maximum company are used WCF service. What you want is called RSS  to load the data of the website as a blog feed on to your website. Once that has been understood you need to configure your own application to support this framework. You have not yet specified the framework you're using in your application so I am not able to help you out any further.
