to connect to a MS Access db u can use OLEDB Driver in program u can just using an Oledbcommand to insert data to database like other SQL command. insert into (idimage) value (@id@image) oledbcommand.parameters.addwithvalues(@idvalueid); oledbcommand.parameters.addwithvalues(@imagevalueimage); for ex id is interger and image is object data type in program  data type is int valueid byte[] valueimage in program u must serialize the image to []Byte.

Hi up to my knowledge we can store a image and all other files as attachment data type.. [this data type supported in MS office 2007.]
