How to store multiple checkbox value

Hi Friends How to store new doctor registration(DIdDName) with multiple Specialization ( General PhysicianGynecologist ENT doctor) into Database using asp.net. sombody solve this problem i need this type of registration form..

It's purely dependson your DB design.How you designed yourDB? . In myopinion you could store these valuesas a comma separated values in a column (you can use the same table where you store all the doctor information). So when you retrieve it you should parseit andbind it tothe check box. You can also store the check box values alone in a separate or child table. You could also need to create relation between these tables. These are the 2 possible ways you can go with. Let me know if youface any issues.
