To store value in session List string >tempList= new List string >(); foreach (GridViewRowrow in grdTest.Rows) { tempList.Add(row.Cells[1].Text); } Session[ tempSessionList ]=tempList; To get value from Session List string >tempList=List string >(Session[ tempSessionList ]); //LoopovertempList foreach ( string rec in tempList) { //Implementyourlogic } Note: If you want it to get value in same page then you can use Viewstate instead of Session object.
