How to store the images csv format to database

Hi All iam developing IIt online Exam module in this module i have 45 Questions the Questions uploading in csv format is working fine but i need some help in each Question haveing 4 options the options are images 0r mathsmatical functions  and circuts . these options are how to stored in database please help me kindly.

BLOB my suggestion id put the images in file server or your machine save the path in your db. while connecting the front end you can access the image through the path which you have mentioned.
