How to store&retrieve a class and arrays list in session

I want to store classarrays and List in session.Then retrieve them back from session in asp.net c#.Help guys!

Store List in Session List myList = List () { 1 2 3}; Session[test] = myList; You should cast it back to the original type for use: var list = (List )Session[test]; Store Custom List object in Session List genericListObject = new List ClassName >(); Session [NameOfSession]= genericListObject; Define class which you are mentioning in List: [Serializable] public class ClassName { } To get value from Session List tempList = ( List )Session[ NameOfSession ] Store array in Session string[] a = new string[]{abc}; Session[values] = a; And in the next page you can retrieve it like this: string[] tempArr = (string[])Session[values]

Hi Mohan Session is like a object. You can convert it using var list = Session [ SessionList ] as List ;
