How to track the prizes using the Shipping Number ?

How to track the prizes using the Shipping Number ? Its redircting to rediff.com but we cant track it with our own rediff credentials. Is there any other way to track it ?

This order as well as some other orders were cancelled by rediff due to non availability of the product. This was conveyed some days later to us after placing the order. The replacement product will be shipped along with this month's shipments.

Initially i too was wondering why its asking for credentials for just checking product status. You can also contact Customer Care number Mumbai of rediff: 022 66042000.
