hi yes there is no direct shortcut to convert project from one language to another language. but there are so many site available that convert you c# project in to VB.net Project or vice versa. Please refer http://www.developerfusion.com/tools/convert/bulk/ hope this will help you.

amit there is no short cut and its not recommended professional to convert the application into other language. but you can save the time in RDBMS and logic on front end while designing the application again.
