How to Update an Assembly (dll) of an application, by running setup in .net, please help.........

Question

I was given an assignment in our institute, that the old dll of an application must be updated with the new dll. but it is to be done, without touching the code and updating simply by running a setup. It might look simple to many of the users,but to me is a big headache. please help.................. thank U,
