HOw to update datagrid?

Question

i have use the build in edit/cancel/update function of datagrid... but how do i actually update it? all my fields bind inside datagrid are read only... how do i change to not read only? does anyone know?

This is how i do my datagrid... i only do it in the vb format.... but not in html cos if i do it in html it is static not dynamic...
