How to update table in DB

Currently I am working Billing Application in Windows Forms using Visula Studio 2012. I need help how to update DB from sales Returns . A Bill No contains Many Items and respective Quantity.

Exactly. I was helping my sister a homework assignment in college, and I was like Multi cell buffer, I was like who saids Multi Cell Buffer. I was sure if that was the new thing or not. lolololol. But they are basically talking about an Array Buffer.
