how to update table to a certain fields

Hi Guys i need to update to specific fields for seprate tow forms in same table This is Form1 just designed to Insert data only as below : and this is Form2 Designed just to Update Field in same Tbl as below : what is a correct way to make this secenario thanks

Thank you My Dear I have one table for both Forms ..First one for insert only ... Second Form Update only .how to update data through second form this question .Fitst Form is good working . Gridview in Sevond Form To Show only . I use asp.net with C# Sql server Use StoredProcedures. I hope Understand me What is Request -How to Update Data in Second Form (Fig-1) to Impact directly Into First Form (Fig-2) both working with Same Tho . Thank you

Hi Abdalla Elawad You can update the row in the second table by using the following code in asp.net C#.
