Unlike arrays of classes you don't need to use a constructor when creating an array of structs at all! This is because each element of the struct array is automatically given its default values when the array is created. Consider for example this example: using System; struct MyStruct { public int A; public bool B; public MyStruct (int a bool b) { A = a; B = b; } } class Test { static void Main() { MyStruct[] msa = new MyStruct[2]; foreach(MyStruct ms in msa) { Console.WriteLine(A = {0} B = {1} ms.A ms.B); } Console.ReadKey(); } } The output is: A = 0 B = False A = 0 B = False Of course if you want to give the structs non-default values initially then you can use a struct constructor as in the link which Lakshmanan found.
